Samsung Galaxy S25+ Global Variant Spotted on Geekbench

Samsung Galaxy S25+ is likely to be released later this month, with the standard Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra models. The design and color options for the anticipated handsets have previously leaked. Prices for the phones have also been leaked.

Ahead of its upcoming release, the Galaxy S25+ global model has been discovered on a reputable benchmarking website. The listing hints at the handset’s main features, such as the chipset, RAM, and operating system.

The Samsung Galaxy S25+, model number SM-S936B, has been discovered on Geekbench. The handset contains an octa-core CPU with six 3.53GHz cores and two 4.47GHz cores, which is speculated to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. It received 2,721 and 9,435 points on the single and multi-core tests.

The chipset could be marketed as the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SoC. The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra, as well as the rumored Galaxy S25 Slim, are likely to have the same processor. The Geekbench listing for the Samsung Galaxy S25+’s worldwide model indicates that it will support 12GB of RAM. It will run on Android 15 with the One UI 7 skin on top.

Samsung will be hosting its Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event on January 22, where it is likely to unveil the Galaxy S25 smartphone series. The lineup will most likely contain three options: base, Plus, and Ultra.
