WhatsApp recently introduced a feature that makes it much easier to share sticker packs with other messaging app users. The new WhatsApp sticker-sharing feature is available on iOS and Android, allowing users to send a full sticker pack as a link.
To download and install the sticker pack on their handset, recipients can tap on the link provided. The feature is presently compatible with sticker packs that can be browsed within WhatsApp.
How To Share Sticker Packs On WhatsApp
If you are using a recent version of WhatsApp for iOS or WhatsApp for Android, you should be able to share sticker packs with your contacts by following the instructions below. If you don’t see the option to share a sticker pack on your smartphone, you may need to wait until the feature is enabled on your account.
- Open WhatsApp and select the chat in which you want to share the sticker pack.
- Tap the Sticker button in the message composer bar, which is located to the left on Android and right on iOS.
- Tap on the stickers tab and scroll down, past your recent and favorite stickers.
- When you’ve found the sticker pack you wish to share, tap the three-dot menu to the right of its name.
- Tap Send.
- To send the link to the sticker pack, click the green Send button.

If you’ve received a sticker pack from another WhatsApp user, you can easily install it on your smartphone. You’ll need to be using a recent version of WhatsApp, so check the App Store or Google Play Store for updates.
- Open the WhatsApp chat with a link to the sticker pack.
- Tap View Sticker Pack.
- Scroll through the sticker pack to make sure you want to install it.
- Tap Add to My Stickers.
