Moto Buds, Buds+ With Dynamic ANC, Hi-Res Audio Launched

Moto Buds and Moto Buds+ were released in Europe and other select markets on Tuesday, April 16. The true wireless earphones include dynamic active noise cancellation (ANC) and triple mic configurations.

They also have Hi-Res Audio certifications and are designed to be water-repellant rather than waterproof. Both earphones are compatible with the Moto Buds app. They are available in a variety of colours.

The Moto Buds and Moto Buds+ have Dynamic ANC assistance and a water-repellent design. The Moto Buds can support up to 50dB ANC, while the Moto Buds+ can handle up to 46dB ANC.

Both earbuds come with three preset noise cancellation modes: transparency, adaptive, and noise cancellation. The first and last options, as the name implies, offer complete transparency and complete noise cancellation, while the Adaptive mode proposes partial noise cancellation.

They also offer Hi-Res Audio certification and triple mic systems with integrated environmental noise cancellation (ENC) capabilities. The Moto Buds use a single 12.4mm dynamic driver, whilst the Moto Buds+ include dual 11mm woofers and 6mm tweeters.

The Moto Buds+ also includes the Dolby Head Tracking feature, which adapts music based on head movements. Both earphones enable Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and work with the Moto Buds app.

This high-end model’s charging case requires 60 minutes of cable charging or 110 minutes of wireless charging to charge entirely. Without ANC, each Moto Buds+ earbud provides up to eight hours of playback.
