We all love J.K. Rowling for her exceptional story writing. It was a joy for Harry Potter fans when Warner Bros released Harry Potter prequel in 2016 named as Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them written by author J.K. Rowling. This movie received a lot of love and appreciation from the audience and the critics. After exactly two years its time for the second part to the series titled Fantastic Beasts The Crimes of Grindelwald.

The movie follows the plot, Young Dumbledore (Jude Law) sends Newt to Paris, where a newly escaped Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) is gathering his faithful, pure-blood wizards in an attempt to rule both the Wizarding world and the human world. Meanwhile, Credence Barebone is also in Paris, searching for his mother, alongside friend Nagini (Claudia Kim) a Maledictus cursed to one day turn into a snake. This movie also shows the love-interest between Newt and his Auror girlfriend Tina.

Fantastic Beasts The Crimes of Grindelwald Review:

While most of the critics giving negative reviews about the movie, in my opinion, the movie is perfect from every angle if you are a fan of J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World.

This movie has a 5.5 out of 10 rating on rotten tomatoes and 7.4 out of 10 rating on IMDB. While many critics are giving negative reviews about this movie, the 4 out of 5 audience score on rotten tomatoes shows the real side of it.

I would suggest you ignore negative reviews, although the story is a little bit confusing but gets straighten out in the second half of the movie. This movie is a bit dark and intense like certain Happy Potter movies and had some amazing visual effects that you will definitely enjoy.

Although acting of all the cast is good, Johnny Depp fully justified Grindelwald role and you will definitely love his performance. There are many plot twists and shocking reveals that will definitely surprise you. The last 30 minutes of the movie is worth your every single penny. One thing I can assure you that you will definitely love this movie after watching its incredible ending.

Whether to watch it or not:

If you are a die-hard fan of the Harry Potter franchise then I will suggest going for this movie without any second thought. You will be shocked with overflooded spells and magic in almost every scene, which is fun to watch. The Magic looks real and you will only enjoy those stunning visual effects on a big screen. So make sure to watch it on a big screen rather than waiting for home release.
