During the meeting, Infantino presented Trump with the first official ticket for the 2026 World Cup and even gave him a chance to hold the official FIFA World Cup Trophy.

“It’s for winners only — and since you are a winner, of course you can as well touch it,” Infantino said while handing over the trophy. He also mentioned that Lionel Messi, the 2022 World Cup champion from Argentina, was the last person to lift it.

Trump Jokes About Keeping the Trophy

Holding the trophy, Trump quipped, “Can I keep it?”, which prompted laughter in the room. He later added, “Don’t think I’m giving it back,” and jokingly suggested a spot in his office where the trophy could be displayed.

Details About Trump’s Special Ticket

In addition to the trophy, Trump received Row One, Seat One, marked with the number 45/47—a reference to his role as the 45th and 47th President of the United States.
