President Donald Trump signed an executive order creating the Trump Gold Card visa program to attract foreigners with extraordinary abilities who wish to contribute to the United States.

The White House has launched a dedicated website, trumpcard.gov, where applicants can submit their applications to begin the process.

Step-by-Step Guide to Applying for the Trump Gold Card

1. Submit Your Application

Applicants must complete the online application form and pay a nonrefundable processing fee.

  • Applications can be submitted for individuals, spouses, or others.
  • At this time, applicants may choose between the Trump Gold Card or the Trump Corporate Gold Card.
  • The Trump Platinum Card option is not yet available and will be launched later.

2. Careful Consideration

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will conduct a detailed background check and thoroughly vet each potential cardholder to ensure eligibility.

3. Approval

Once approved, the Trump Gold Card grants the holder residency rights throughout all 50 states and U.S. territories.

Trump Gold Card Program Prices

Trump Gold Card

  • Contribution: $1 million from individuals
  • Benefit: Grants U.S. residency upon approval

Trump Corporate Gold Card

  • Contribution: $2 million from companies
  • Benefit: Grants U.S. residency to employees
  • Additional Info: Card access can be transferred between employees for a transfer fee and requires DHS vetting. An annual maintenance fee applies.

Trump Platinum Card (Coming Soon)

  • Contribution: $5 million
  • Benefit: Allows the holder to spend up to 270 days per year in the U.S. without being taxed on non-U.S. income
