Google Photos can be used to display a selection of photos on Nest smart display when not in use. One good thing about this feature is that users can add up to 20,000 photos and videos to an album, which can then be displayed on Google’s Nest smart display.
How to create a live album in Google Photos on iPhone and Android smartphones:
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
- At the bottom, tap Library > Albums > New album > Plus icon.
- Tap Select People and pets.
- On any face group, tap Select.
- At the top right, tap Confirm.
How to setup Live Albums on Google Nest smart display via Android smartphones:
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap your Nest display > Settings > Photo Frame.
- Tap Google Photos > Select family and friends.
- Tap each face that you want to include.
- Once you’ve finished selecting people for your Live Album, tap Confirm.
