“Austin Police (APD) officers are working a critical incident at West Avenue and Cesar Chavez. At this time, we can confirm one victim has been transported to a local hospital. The suspect remains outstanding. He is described as a thin Black male, and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, green shorts, black pants, black shoes, and two black bags. If you see this person, call 911 immediately. DO NOT approach.”
