Instagram Down for Several Users Globally: Details

Instagram is down for several users worldwide, Facebook users also report the outage.

Update: Instagram, Facebook, and Threads services are back online.

Several Instagram users have reported an outage, and Downdetector, a website that monitors real-time difficulties and outages, confirms it. Additionally, Meta’s Facebook services appear to be down, with some users experiencing login issues. Notably, Threads went down at the same time.

At the time of writing, Downdetector had over 29,000 people reporting issues with Instagram, while over 16,000 users reported similar issues with Facebook on the network. Some of our friends attempted to open Facebook using the app and the browser, but we were all signed out.
