The White House has released the complete list of donors supporting Donald Trump’s multimillion-dollar ballroom project, currently under construction in Washington, D.C. The development, which began in September 2025, is being privately funded by high-profile individuals and corporations — including several Big Tech giants such as Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, and Microsoft, according to CNN.

Trump’s Ballroom Project Fully Privately Funded

President Donald Trump previously assured that taxpayers would not bear any cost for the new ballroom, emphasizing that it would be “privately funded by donors and myself,” CNN reported.

Among the contributors are Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, co-founders of cryptocurrency exchange Gemini, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and his family, and the Adelson family.

While the White House initially estimated the project’s cost at $200 million, Trump recently confirmed that the final cost would be “about $300 million.”

A Grand 90,000-Square-Foot Ballroom

The White House announced the ballroom project in July 2025, describing it as a 90,000-square-foot venue with a seating capacity of 650 guests designed to “host major functions.”

President Trump entrusted McCrery Architects, a firm renowned for its classical designs, to lead the construction.

Although the exact contribution of each donor has not been disclosed, Business Insider reports that Alphabet Inc. (Google’s parent company) is donating $22 million as part of a legal settlement related to Trump’s YouTube suspension.
