FanDuel, one of the most popular fantasy sports and betting apps, faced major technical problems on Sunday while NFL games were underway. Thousands of users were unable to view or track their bets, leading to frustration across social media.

According to Downdetector, more than 6,000 users reported problems with the app. Many complained that they couldn’t access their wagers or cash out during live games, disrupting their NFL Sunday betting experience.

FanDuel Acknowledges Outage, Promises Fix

FanDuel responded quickly through its official support account, saying, “We’re aware users are experiencing issues viewing some markets. Our teams are fully engaged and working to resolve this as soon as possible.”

Later, the company updated users that NFL markets were back online and suggested restarting the app if problems continued.

Users Still Report Ongoing Issues

Despite FanDuel’s update, many users said they were still having trouble viewing bets and cashing out. One user wrote, “NFL markets in the Midwest region are still down, preventing cash outs.”

FanDuel’s Latest Update on the Outage

In its most recent statement, FanDuel said it was aware of continued issues with the “My Bets” section and reassured users that, “All wagers will settle as normal and be visible once the issue is resolved.”

Some players also reported seeing “Page not found” messages when trying to open game pages.

Technical Team Working to Restore Service

While the exact cause of the outage hasn’t been disclosed, FanDuel confirmed that its technical team is actively working to restore full functionality as soon as possible.
