Doctor Suggests Possible Surgery
Dermatologist Dr. Doris Day of NYU Langone reviewed the footage and suggested the scar looked more like the result of skin cancer surgery than a minor injury.
“It’s more likely from something like a skin cancer surgery than from bumping your head or a laceration,” Dr. Day said. “I wouldn’t expect that many stitches from just a bump on the head.”

Biden’s Health Background
In May, Biden revealed he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, with a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) and metastasis to the bone.
His doctors emphasized that the cancer was hormone-sensitive, which makes treatment options available, but his office admitted he had not been tested for prostate cancer in more than a decade.

Following the emergence of the forehead mark, Biden has often been seen in a baseball cap, including during a recent ice cream shop visit.
