Twitter is reportedly working on a new service with features, such as Undo Tweets and bookmark collections. The features could be part of the upcoming paid subscription service ‘Twitter Blue’.
App researcher Jane Manchun Wong, who first spotted the feature, says Twitter Blue will cost $2.99. According to Wong, Twitter is working on a multi-tier subscription model. The top and most expensive subscription plan could offer a less-cluttered experience as well as newer features, according to The Verge.
Twitter is calling their upcoming Subscription Service “Twitter Blue”, priced at $2.99/month for now, including paid features like:

Twitter has not confirmed the feature, but Wong’s discoveries about upcoming and under-testing features are usually accurate.
It is worth noting that Twitter has already confirmed it is exploring subscription options on its platform. Last year, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey had hinted at plans to ask customers to pay for certain “aspects” of Twitter.
In the last few weeks, Twitter has introduced a few monetization-focused options on its plans. For instance, it said it would launch Super Follows that will allow Twitter users to charge their followers for exclusive and extra content. Just recently, it launched a Tip Jar feature to allow users to donate to content creators.

To further boost the content creators ecosystem, Twitter has made a few acquisitions. Earlier this month, Twitter acquired Scroll news reader service. Scroll works with a handful of publishers, including BuzzFeed News, the Atlantic and USA Today.
The platform offers stories from those publishers to paying customers. The stories don’t have ads, and Scroll shares some of the revenue with the publishers.
Previously, Twitter acquired Revue, a newsletter startup, intending to make money through subscriptions.
